Refund & Return Policy

Youbooks Edtech Pte Ltd ("The Company") operates a book writing, publishing, and sales platform for children aged 6 and above on its website, https://www.bribooks.com, referred to as the "Portal."

User Registration:

Authors ("Users") can register on the Portal through their guardians or parents who must be at least 18 years old. The Company reserves the right to disallow a book or deactivate a user account at its discretion. The Company also reserves the right to cancel any book order received.

Order Policy:

All book orders placed by users are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-cancellable due to the print-on-demand nature of the books.

Refund Policy:

Exceptions to the above policy that may result in a refund include:

1. The user's access to the Portal is deactivated without prior notice.

2. The Portal is unavailable for more than 24 hours without any planned communication.

3. The Company is unable to deliver the printed version hard or soft copy of the ordered books within 60 days of the book’s completion and publication on the Portal.

4. The Company decides to cancel the book order.

In any of these cases, the user is entitled to a 100% refund, which will be issued within 7 days of the occurrence of any of the above events by writing to support@bribooks.com

NO REFUND IS APPLICABLE FOR EBOOKS , AUDIO BOOKS & VIDEO BOOKS IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Return Policy:

Exceptions to the non-returnable policy include valid only for printed copies include:

1. The delivered printed copy is damaged.

2. The delivered printed content does not match the published version ordered by the user.

In such cases, the user may return the book by writing to support@bribooks.com and mentioning the order ID generated while placing the order. The return process may take up-to 15 working days.
